The photograph was kindly provided by Darío Podestá.
Since the reader could be anyone from school children to adults,
I added an armadillo character on the cover for an extra “charisma” factor.
He also points out that the tryptich contains a field guide.

One of five three-color permutations of the same design.
Species (left): Azara’s night monkey, southern three-banded armadillo, maned wolf, white-eared opossum, Patagonian hare, Weddell seal and guanaco.
Species (right): ocelot, fraser’s dolphin, hoary bat, southern tamandua, collared peccary, pampas deer, plains viscacha, lesser grison and South American coati.
