IBM’s Watson supercomputer is an expansive computing model which can be used to answer complex questions. It was recently featured on Jeopardy, and is being tested for the diagnosis of medical ailments.
This ad conceptualized a literal representation how the system can quickly sort through a multitude of possibilities with regard to a child’s symptoms. In the spot, the system sorts through possibilities such as location, family history, and flora/fauna that might have caused the mysterious ailment, which turns out as lime disease. Here are a few of my explorations for how the system might work.
