what a year uh! these are some drawings that i made in a Moleskine i've carry where i go, i wish there are more but sometimes i'm not inspired, not in the mood, i know i need to practice and work a lot more.
i want you just to see the images, enjoy them and create your own story.
but...
i like to tell a lot with just one illustration, and leave the responsibility to build the story to you, but, if you want to read my version, there's hidden text under each image, to read it you must select "ALL" the text and you'll be able to read it. :)

hi! my name is "Dittto" and i'm a forest elf. i'm 99 years old. i know, we elf's walk this earth for a long time, one of our secrets is the Triposapo's toad saliva. it's a very long tradition and a nature's gift to our race, when we are 3 years old, we got one baby Triposapo, you take care of him and he'll will be your friend forever, they don't forget you! you'll have the same age as the toad and some of them as us could live 400 years. if something happen to your toad, you can use other Triposapo's saliva, but you'll have to look for a similar age frog or you can loose some years! mine is really friendly, i called her "Sapiya", if you want some saliva, i can give you some from Sapiya.

this is my home, i have decided to live far away from the village, i enjoy more the company of the animal's rather than my own people, they always criticize me and the things i do and enjoy, the only times i join them is when i need something or just to party and celebrate our traditions with them!

what i didn't thought well were the trips back home with food, i love my place! but every time there's seasonal fruits my mouse and me had a exhausting trip back home, but the first bite of a fresh "Tomatola" makes you forget the hard trip, the sweet and sour flavor is something amazing! every season they are better!

Humans are interesting to me, they create and use a lot of things, once I saw a human using long, strange, filled and pointed sticks, and he used them to stain on white paper, and he forget his stuff and i take them, he was drawing my forest and the animals, but he can't see everything, there are secrets everywhere, the gifts of our mother nature, only the pure beings have the privilege to see them.

you have no idea, but there's so many magical places, animals and living things i can see! almost every time i walk in the forest, fly with birds, and swim in the rivers, i find new forms of life, so different and all of them are beautiful!... well, there's some that are very scary and a lot of them try to eat me!

that's why i'll do something for my birthday 100! i want to go out and explore the nature and draw what i'll see, like the humans! i pack my sticks and i'll draw and tell the story with my draws of the world and nature's secrets.

this will be a dangerous trip, i know that, but "Ditto" is good with in the forest, my people is famous in the forest to be silent and fast, we are not easy prey, but i have to be very careful if i want to reach the 100!

sometimes being small makes things difficult, i ask the animals directions, the position of the sun when i can't see it and sometimes if they can share some of their food, there's a very rare and delicious mushroom called "Picsa" and it's really hard to find, glad this friend give me some of his "Picsa"
