This was the final project when I attended CIID (Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design) Physical Prototyping course. The brief was to develop a device that translated the features of an app to a retro physical interface.

Description: InstaVisionis an Instagram tablet dock that resembles a vintage TV set. When connected to the tablet it allowsthe user to incorporate the Instagram settings to existing pictures, new onesor even any still fame shown at the tablet screen. The user can chose an Instagrampreset by turning the dial and then change the appearance of the pictures orstill frames using sliders to control the hue, saturation and lightness. The user is also able to control the “socialvolume” or how public he/she desires to make his/her picture. This device is designedfor personal use and it’s for any Instagram and tablet user who wishes toexpand his Instagram experience, providing a fun physical interface and morecontrol of his/her images.
