A comic that focuses on taking the oral history of my family and turning it into a visual narrative. Volume 1 tells the story of Hanson Gregory, the accidental inventor of the hole in the donut, and volume 2 focuses on Uncle Stacy, a polio survivor and world traveler. Parts of the story taking place in the 21st century are done with crosshatching while things in the past are rendered in ink wash.
