Social Issues Poster Campaign

The “Be Normal” campaign is a social issues campaign about domestic violence. In my research, I discovered that those affected by domestic violence situations often times do not know that their situation is not the norm. In fact, the relationships they find themselves in are the only types of relationships they have only ever known, so anything other than that is not normal. I wanted this campaign to state, what those of us outside of these situations know as truth, that being safe is normal, being confident is normal, and being independent is normal. Giving a voice to achievable normalcy.
