"TILT" the ice light

The "TILT" lamp is a mood-light. It is the result of a university project called "metamorphosis". This lamp owes its name from it´s unconventional way of switching it on and off, which is by tilting the Lamp itself.

The lamp itself is inspired by ice crystals. Its just like the icebergs are tilted down and fade their "light" to make some room for solid lands.  Thats why you can clearly see the northern lights inside its soul
The crystal part is made of molded glass with a faceted lead crystal inside to color the light. The body part is made of birch-wood but I´ve planned a nut wood version and a concrete version as well.
