Papercrafts and Shadow Boxes
Here are some smaples of the more arts-and-crafts style 3D projects I enjoy making. Shadow boxes provide a fun opportunity to play with depth and the finished piece is always satisfying to see.
I'm also fascinated by taxidermy, but I love animals too much to have any real life mounted creatures--so, instead, I made some of my monster critters into mounted papercraft taxidermy heads! I'm hopeful to make some faux taxidermy out of other materials at a later time.
