Digital Strategies Facebook and Email Graphics | 2016

Over the past six months as a graphic designer at Anne Lewis Strategies I have worked in helping shape the political and non-profit landscape through carefully constructed digital strategies and their accompanying graphics. Working with a team composed of writers, account executives, and digital strategists, I was responsible for producing a number of design-oriented projects for implementation across digital platforms such as online, email, and social media. In working with over 40 individual clients, it was imperative to use brand and style guidelines in helping develop creative and consistent branding that achieves a highly visual impact.

In working for Anne Lewis Strategies located in Washington DC, I worked as a graphic design assistant to create brand specific designs for over 40 individual clients. These designs involved logos, infographics, ads, gifs, animations, and photo editing designs for distribution across a wide variety of platforms such as websites, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google ads). Most of the 40+ clients were non-profit organizations who reached out to the company as a digital strategies firm to help raise awareness, fundraise, and inform the public on a larger scale. In this position, I developed innovative and unique designs for each client despite having to strictly adhere to the brand guidelines of each organization. It was these limitations that forced me to “think inside the box” in order to “think outside the box” and achieve a highly visual impact.
