FOXPLAYER - Logo Design Concept

This is a conceptual logo design for a mp3 & video player app which I thought few days back and I had to design it.
I wanted a name with 'Fox + Play' and went for Foxplay, but the name is already owned by FOX Studios which would cause a confusion. So I googled for FoxPlayer which turned out to be an old mp3 player software for desktop which I guessed is not used by anyone.
This gave me an idea to do a redesign concept of the software into an app, which helped me to design the logo.
