I worked for Action Manufacturing with the brief of designing a modular, portable house.  My house provides disaster relief accommodation in first world countries, as well as additional high quality accommodation. It is limited to a 10m2 floor area and designed to sleep 2 people. It is primarily constructed from the Omni-Panel , a multi-layered material of fibreglass, foam , fibreglass.  The omni-panel is used by  Action Manufacturing for it’s strength, durability and insulative qualities. The structure of the house was a major consideration of the project. As part of the disaster relief aspect of the house it is completely off the grid and self contained. All visuals were created using Solidworks and Photoshop.
