Cinematic Film Noir
A poster produced for an imagined client 'FilmFour'. I had to advertise an event entitled 'Film Noir', in which classic films from 'Film Noir' genre were showcased.
Film Noir has to do with crime, murders femme fatales and a lot of mystery. I chose to include a shade of a woman in my poster as I believe the woman in Film Noir plays the most important role. She just threatens everyone with every movement she makes and she can make a man kill somebody for her own benefit. She is standing in a very attracting pose, showing that she is not afraid of anything. She is so enormous she can’t fit in an A2 poster. I used a woman's shadow to create this figure. I made her in such a way so that she is not to visible. Even the type is not visible you have to search for it to find it as this is part of my concept.
The Limited Edition Poster is printed on acetate paper and then I put a silver mirror glass as a background.
