Digital marketing communications is increasingly visual, so it's no coincidence that social networks — like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Snapchat — are focused primarily on visual content.
Implementing a strong visual brand strategy on social media was a key component of the overall marketing plan I created for the MU Bond Life Sciences Center. Visual social branding refers to what our social content looks like: profile picture, cover photo and posts.
The four keys to visual branding on social media are consistent colors, fonts, imagery and layout.
