The band from Washington DC provided that picture of the horse-type sculpture. I raised my concerns about copyright but was reassured by the band leader that it was alright as the sculpture was public property. They asked for a design package that included the logo (its an ambigram, can you see?), the digipak, the cd, tshirt and a postcard.
