I am fond of collage. This is my first work with it. I made it on Memento movie, one of my most favourite movies by Christopher Nolan. Three works are on three subjects: main objects, main character, main scene.
Main objects are not randomly chosen. Nolan likes to play with hands a lot. Maybe you have not noticed it before.
Main character often appears in his blue room, thus blue stripes to image a room. White head is to show a blank head as he barely remembers anything, coloured a bit to show bright flashbacks of his. Tattoos are all over the body to keep the memories.
Main scene is a combination of a few of them through the movie: stairs as going up and down thru the same experience, tile as a murder scene of his wife, blue doors of the hotel where he stays and spends most of the time at.
Blue is an accent colour in this mostly grey-toned movie.
