First prototype
The first iconic idea of the bench was designed by Zuzana Jirkálová. The main body of the concept was made from concrete. It was really cool feature but there were several problems. The first main problem was that it was difficult to produce such a mass of precise concrete. It also took a long time to dry the concrete and the form had to be remade for every piece. The weight was the second problem. The bench was really heavy so it was not easy to manipulate.
