The first Viennese Biennale for Art, Design and Architecture claimed to present ”Ideas for Change”. Several exhibitions, happenings, in public as well as in digital spaces inspired visitors to contribute to this motto. 

The widespread communication design for the whole event had to consider several project partners and therefore asked for a visual bracket to unite them – and communicate their joint venture.​​​​​​​

The iconic identity became a strong image overall Vienna during the whole biennial and was applied to a whole bunch of media.
– Posters of all kinds and formats
– Catalogues, flyers, city map
– Tote bags and other merchandise
– A mobile first / responsive design homepage: homebase and digital guide to all players and different locations in the city
– A ”change maker” app & digital guide: aiming to connect people and keep them & visitors up to date.
