Eddie Cantor sings Michigan J Frog....
A test animation created in Adobe Animate. I grabbed the WB cartoon with Michigan Jay Frog, entirely for a snippet of the tune he sings and applied to a version of Eddie Cantor I came up with. The M.J.F. cartoon premiered in theaters all around the country on New Years Eve in 1955. Pretty Cool!
I built all of the pieces for the stage and the character in Adobe Illustrator. Imported everything into Animate and pegged the motion on Animates timeline. I started with the body motion, then the eye movements, and lastly the added the several mouth movements to finish it off. Next, I will go back and rework everything, add more detail and include an actual tune from Eddie Cantor....
