Puffs! knit fabric and accessories

"Puffs" is an energetic and fun collection of knit fabric and whimsical accessories on the border between reality and fantasy. They are designed for a free-spirited woman. Her age is less important than the energy and vivacity she brings to living life. She could be anywhere from twenty to eighty so long as she is bold in both her everyday life and fashion choices. She is fun and easy-going, but has been known to get prickly and huffy at times.

These fabrics are constructed using short row techniques, lay-in, knit-weave, and a variety of other knit construction techniques. In addition, I've incorporated beads, mono-filament, rubber, and other unusual materials to disrupt the hand.

Fabrics / accessories were knit using Shima Seiki computerized knitting machines as well as Brother, Studio, and Passap domestic machines.
