Following user research I discovered the main problem most users face is the uncertainty and lack of control characterizing the waiting time. After placing the order most apps fade away and the user is left to wait passively for his order, not knowing where it is and how much time is left.

My solution was a system that allows real time tracking of the order, including a map view of the delivery location.
