For the 2016 Summer of Tech Hackathon, my team and I designed and built a web app called SPYMARKET. SPYMARKET was targeted at students, and allowed the user to search for an item (which is sold at supermarkets New World, Pak n Save, and Countdown), and the web app would pull data from those websites to tell you where the cheapest place to buy the searched item was.
