1. cheat

1) When I was playing the game I felt like a liar

UNIT 1 ACTIVITY 2 characteristics of a good game

game 1: uno
1. uno is a very original game because i have never seen this card game in a collab with any other card game.
2. The reason why uno is such a replayable game is because you can play this card game for quite a long time and not get bored immediately. And its very exciting to play when you get cards.

3. The reason why Uno has the surpise feeling in the game is because you dont know what kind of cards you will get and as u progress throughout the game with opponents, it gets very exciting and it surprises the opponents.

4. Uno definitely has the equal opportunity at the beginning of the game because the players get random and equal cards thus no player has any advantage or disadvantage towards the other players in the game.

5. As every other card game, there is always a winning chance. And in Uno, the chances of winning is by giving other players more cards and reducing your cards. Every player who plays uno has a chance of winning the game.

6. Uno certainly has the "kingmaker effect". It is very easy to tell if someone is winning in Uno by looking at the amount of cards they have in their hands. This is how you can indicate that a player is close to victory.

7. The card game Uno has no early elimination because it is not possible. The only way to get eliminated in Uno is by reducing the amount of cards you have in your hands and winning. 

8. Uno kind of has the reasonable waiting times but not really. The reason why it does not really have the waiting time is because all a player has to do is pick a related card to the other player and place it down and so on with the other players in the game.

9. The theme and the format of the card game Uno is great for people that is playing the game in a group.

10. Uno's visual appeal of the materials or the cards without a doubt contributes with the perceived value of the game because its colorful and family friendly and so are the cards.

11. Uno is a game of chance and strategy so therefore the rules are very simple and give quite a different way to win the game.

game 2: chess

1. The board game chess is a VERY original game because it was invented back in India in 6 AD and chess was originally called "chaturanga".

2.  Chess is the type of board game that makes you want to play it over and over again because the chances of one winning is different depending on the player. 

3. Chess does not really have the surprise feeling to it other than finding out that you have realized that you have lost and have no chance of coming back. But chess has the progression type of feeling because you could take out ones sets.

4. At the beginning of chess, both players have equal chances of winning because it is all about thinking. Both players have no advantage and disadvantage either.

5. The winning chances in chess is absolutely up to the players playing the game. Chess revolves around mind game and thinking thoroughly.

6. Chess has the kingmaker effect because once you realize the opponents moves and realize that you cant go against it, you already know you have lost the chess game.

7. In the game of chess, there is no early elimination because it is between two players battling themselves to beat the other player so the only elimination is towards the end of the game.

8. The only reason why a person will have to wait for ones turn is when the opponent is thinking of his/her next move. But waiting in chess is not as bad because while a player is making or thinking of their next move, the other player could be thinking of their next move too.

9. the theme in chess is quite simple and that is because it is just a checkered black and white board with black and white sets. The very first impression you think of when you see chess is mind game and strategies. 

10. The visual appeal of the board game chess are the sets and that's because they arent very colourful but they are attractive to the eye.

11. Chess requires special skills and requires thinking. The rules in chess are very simple and easy and chess is the type of board game that offers different type of possible moves.
