Prototyping and user testing is serious business at Pinpic. Sometimes we get right on the first go but we only discover that later on. It takes time and effort to become great!
At Pinpic, we like to get ourselves in to the users shoes and plan every interaction before we send it to production. Every icon, every tap, every bit of the UI is thoughtfully designed to offer a users a delightful experience.
Then there are those "uh-oh" moments that happen when a user start using our product. Like fortune tellers, we try and plan for them ahead of time and get the customer back on track as quickly as possible.
Why are we building the app on just one OS? Because we're a startup and we want to get right the first time. Every OS and device adds a level of complexity. Our Android user are providing us valuable feedback that we'll be able to use when building our next app.
