I created this animation using Cinema 4D mostly. There was a little editing and timing adjustments in Final Cut Pro but the audio track was matched directly to movements in Cinema 4d and then synced after rendering each shot.

This was created for the Accounting Students Organization at Metropolitan State University. All the visuals were created with After Effects. The audio was created from free clips with Adobe Audition.

This short film was created by first hand drawing all the character animation frames. Then these frames were traced in Adobe Illustrator to give the brushy feel and compiled into a set of layers. Each layer was then exported out as a sequence creating the animation of the character. For the bamboo background a still was again traced in Illustrator but this still was imported into After Effects to create the background. Aftereffects was also used to compile the shots of the characters into the final product. Adobe Audition was used to create the audio from basic clips that was timed to fit the animation. 

This was created as part of an editing project primarily using final cut pro. About three quarters of the way though I created a sequence using a "traced" visual effect. at the time there wasn't an easy plugin to do this so the process was involved. First a rough cut of the sequence was made and exported as a .jpg sequence. Then using a photoshop droplet each frame was processed with photoshop. Next aftereffects was used to import and recombine the processed frames. Finally the sequence was inserted back into the original Final Cut Pro project and timed again with the music. The music is King Biscuit Time:I Walk The Earth . The raw footage was for public use.
