Logo design & Brand Identity

Background
Ai is the nation's residential leading supplier of a steam room and sauna fixtures and parts along with creating and building custom steam and sauna room environments. Some clients have included Chicago Cubs, San Francisco 49ers, and the Boston Bruins. After 15 years using the same logo mark and no set brand identity, it was realized that serious rebrand was in order to distinguish themselves from competitors as well standing out in a more compelling way. 

Case
It was decided the approach to the new logo would be to stay true to look and feel of the old logo but with a modern spin. Words that were important in the creation of the logo were: bold, structural, masculine, and reliable. A brand that looked sturdy and strong, along with a logo mark that would be remembered by building contractors and architects. I created their identity by studying geometric shapes within their sauna environments and how that connects to their letters "A" and "I." The color blue which can be seen throughout the entire rebrand stands for loyalty, trust, and a metaphor for the hard working "blue collar" worker we collaborate so often with when creating these dynamic environments.
