I created certificates and plaques awarded to organizations who met disease management outcomes standards, as directed by Al Lewis, president of DMPC. A pioneer in the disease management field, Al's critically acclaimed book on outcomes measurement, Why Nobody Believes the Numbers, was named 2012 healthcare book of the year in Forbes magazine.

Al needed a designer who could create a series of certifications and plaques that could be displayed in award-recipient offices. He also asked me to create flyers, PowerPoint templates, and digital certification images to be displayed on organization websites. 

Between 2006 and 2013, I created certifications and/or plaques for over 50 organizations, from production to delivery of the plaques as well.

Once the award recipients received their virtual (PowerPoint) certificates, I took the information from the virtual certificate and created brass plaques mounted on wood. 

Organizations were given these badges to display on their website or in marketing materials. Sizing was negotiable, and I designed according to organization requests.
