Service Design can be used as a powerful tool to understand and tackle many of the complex social and environmental problems facing organizations, communities and societies today. Working closely with client organizations, we applied a wide range of collaborative design and creative problem-solving methods to investigate societal challenges, analyze existing solutions, develop solutions that improve quality of life, and create implementation roadmaps.
The hardest course of action we had to take: Getting a long with each other and working together. Through 4 co-creation sessions and five facilitation sessions we let the client lead us down the path we presented to them.
