Introduction to Rendering in Keyshot by Zihua Creative

Thanks for taking the time to check these out. These artwork were done for Introduction to rendering in Keyshot 6 for Zihua Creative
The whole War Machine fan art by Joe Grundfast is available online to download and it's really heavy with details. I had to chop a lot out from a massive list  of sub-tools Joe had. So I get the coverage I needed for the camera I had fixed. So I started getting one model or small groups of chunk into Keyshot. Around 2 million or something and left the rest.
After rending this battle worn - War Machine, which I had already planned how I wanted to frame it and capture it, I still had pieces that I did not get from ZBrush and I ended up with see through. So I painted those areas manually in Photoshop before editing a bit.

The material and shading is entirely Keyshot, using Keyshot textures, Keyshot cloud materials. Primarily using Material Editor.
These headphones come up in the material editor part of the course, where I take the viewer through texturing (not the entire set as its a beginner's guide), and using Keyshot 6's power material editor (my favorite) and use the node based system to create textures without ever leaving Keyshot and using the realtime update to see your textures take shape in the viewport as you adjust your nodes and settings.
This car was modeled by a very close friend of mine, I used it to show various material creation in Keyshot. The Dodge model proved excellent for showcasing many different material; Like Metal, Glass, Translucency, Plastic, Rubber, etc etc.
Shreyas and I had decided to use this very Dodge and make it into a CG shot, showing off stuff, nothing too serious. However we never really finished the reel, as often is the case with many of us. Drifted to other work & priorities and always wanted to come back but never did.
Model Credits in order displayed above:
                    War Machine by Joe Grundfast
                    Headphones from TurboSquid by Yeminius
Dodge RT 1970 by Shreyas KU
This one was the original render, then Joe explained to me that he had designed the Chest Arc-Reactor to be coming from sides and the centre is protected by a metal piece. So I changed it and that's what you see in the image way above.
Appreciate you taking the time to stopping by
