The Way to Work career program was created by Adecco Global (Zürich) to help young professionals find desirable job opportunities and internships and prepare them to get hired. Since its inception in 2013, this global program has been a hit! One part of this program is the CEO for One Month Internship.
This is an extensive program that includes a fully integrated marketing campaign, with
social media, Periscope, Facebook Live, promotions, videos, landing pages, events, etc.
The “CEO” gets the opportunity to work with the Adecco CEO for an entire month. During this highly coveted internship they will collaborate with leaders across the United States and $10,000 for their services! After the internship with North America, the "CEO" is eligible to follow up this internship to be our global CEO for One Month in Zurich, Switzerland!
I event managed the three-day boot camp that led to the selection of the CEO, as well as planned all strategy and content for Adecco Group, directed the promotional video (used globally), mentored the "CEO" through her internship, and aided in her Global project.

Adecco USA had over four thousand applications, ranking second out of fifty countries.
