When I started this Bats it was just a classic drawing study. Then I thought... this could be a Batman, so threw in cape and ears. I'm sure you all have heard and lived the story of the sketch that went too far, I had this guy on the table for around a week and after the graphite came the copics, then the color pencils and all of a sudden gouache happened. I love the cape and sure did some freestyle weird stuff on the suit, is not realistic neither perfect. I hope it's still hanging on a friendly wall. Of course after the scanner I photoshopped a bit, but that's another story.
