As for an enterprise or business, the process of branding a city requires research and development: gather information about cities that already have implemented branding strategies and get essential information about characteristics and mood of the city that will be branded. For this project I developed at Swinburne University of Technology I chose the city of Curitiba to be branded. Curitiba is one of the capitals of Southern Brazil and was chosen due to its importance for the country and for being such a marvelous and modern city.
