Marriott's Southern California Insurance Team went from a one-sheet to this four color tri-fold brochure. The Insurance Teams sells extended stay hotel options to insurance companies in the event of household fires, floods or natural disasters. They needed something to leave behind after meetings that included hotel locations, features and amenities.
After seeing the Insurance Team's leave behind, the San Diego Area Sales Manager wanted a similar brochure to market the Marriott brand hotels throughout the San Diego area. Using the same successful design and layout, the brochure was customized to fit the hotels' marketing needs.
