Serwis internetowy, broszura oraz ulotki zawierają m.in. informacje o tym czym jest garb, skąd się bierze oraz podaje informacje o tym o czym trzeba pamiętać podczas codziennych czynności jak siedzenie, stanie czy leżenie, aby dbać o kręgosłup.

The project aims to draw attention to bad habits about hunched posture and promoting the correct posture. The website, leaflets, brochures and other promotional materials contain informations about what the hump is and what causes. In addition it gives information about daily activities like sitting, standing or lying down which will help to take care of the spine.
