第一次見識大稻埕的年貨大街是在去年的時候,即使聽友人訴說著近年的樣貌越來越趨近於商業及夜市化
對於台北異鄉人的我來說,還是不免覺得好奇和新鮮。
但難免感到哀傷吧,聽著前輩口述中曾經的黃金年代,我想或許再也見不著了。
Last year, it's my first time to know the New Year’s Shopping Street in DaDaoCheng.
To me, a stranger, feel curious and fresh even some people said the street become more and more commercial.
But feeling sad inevitably, I would probably never meet again the classical sight in the past.

除了夜市化的那部分之外,倒是蠻喜歡大街後充滿中藥乾貨的攤子和商店
藥材乾貨味瀰漫了整個地區,保留了那些傳統的型態。
逛了幾回,西下的黃光融入了老舊的房子
攤子的燈光漸漸亮起、隨著人潮湧起叫賣聲也越來越起勁
聽覺視覺嗅覺起了特別的化學作用
果然這是最讓我入迷的時刻。
未來的變化令人失措,就讓我好好畫下這時代的模樣吧

Except for some part of street looking like a night market, I like the street fill the traditional Chinese medicine stores and
dried food shop. The smell is full of the all area. The stores keep those traditional patterns.
The yellow dusk is on those old houses and street pedlars' light gradually bright.
More and more people come and vendors' sounds more and more loud.
It's my favorite time.

2015年7月，我正式搬入寧夏路的新家，同時也展開人生的第一份工作。
對於新環境的適應以及對未知的未來感到不安，我在這帶區域流連感受，
尋找歸屬的同時，一一記錄這塊包容我和育孕我的土地。
July 2015, I moved into the new house in Ningxia Road and started my first job in my life.
With adaptation to the new environment and disturbance of the unknown future,
I started to walk around the area and feel my mood .
Looking for sense of belonging, I simultaneously recorded the land that hold me and breed me.
