Berman Brothers Properties is a boutique real estate agency in Cape Town, South Africa. They buy, rent out and sell properties in the stunning Atlantic Seaboard area, and when they established the agency in August 2015, they approached us to create a full brand development.
With the brand needing to be both sophisticated and approachable, our look and feel makes use of a easy-on-the-eye sans serif logotype. The yellow dot is the brand's signature design element.
