When we were invited to develop the RESUMO brand design, we put the focus on the attempt of finding an image that represented the idea of concision, not only of the things essential for the understanding, but with easy access to it. However, all the images that came to our minds were pictographic legends with a message already written. Thus, a more cohesive way with the concept would be abolishing the graphical symbol and concentrating the efforts directly on the written word. After some studies, we performed with the possibility of working the back shape within the shape, and thus approaching the concept with great care.

Quando fomos convidados para desenvolver o projeto de marca da RESUMO, focamos na tentativa de encontrar uma imagem que representasse a ideia de concisão, não só o que é essencial, mas de fácil acesso ao entendimento. Porém, todas as imagens que nos vinham à cabeça eram legendas pictográficas para uma mensagem que já estava escrita. Deste modo, mais coeso com o conceito seria abolir o símbolo gráfico e concentrar os esforços diretamente na palavra escrita. Após alguns estudos, atentamos para a possibilidade de trabalhar dentro da forma a contraforma, e assim tocar com esmero o conceito.
