Click Gift Shop (English)
Click Gift Shop is a company dedicated to manage gift shops. This company was founded under the name of "Click, Regalos y algo más..." in 2005. During its growth has received two isotype, logo and isologo redesign. One in the year 2008 only was redesigned the isotype. From this year (2012) has been just a complete redesign of image and user experience with these strategies:

- Image redesign.
- Corporate Brandig.
- Re-definition of the market.
- Loyalty programs.
- Advertising campaigns via e-mail.
- Creation of experience.
- Re-training of personnel.

Corporative Branding:

Were created letterhead, a manual of corporative identity, identification cards, cards "From: and To:" and uniform design.
Re-definition of the market:We conducted a market study to know what was and our real new market with the aim of offering the right products at the right price and to establish the most effective promotional strategies.
Loyalty program

One of the effective strategies of promotion within our market, is to offer rewards to our customers. A rewards program was created (iClick) consisting of repaying part of the customer buying in points for potential use on their next purchase; the creation of three types of customers, this is defined according to the annual amount of money consumed in their Click store.

With this program customers get discounts and exclusive offers that are advertised through email campaigns using MailChimp, or print advertising.
