I was commissioned to produce a poster design for a theatrical production of 'The Ugly Duckling' and other tales, including 'The Emperor's New Clothes'. The production includes some shadow puppetry, so it was requested that the poster incorporated shadows. The final piece is a layered watercolour painting, photographed from above.
