Social Media Content

Below you will find talent & culture content for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn that I created as a contractor at EQUINIX
While working for Main Street Hub, I created this piece of content for a variety of restaurants all over the country.
Although I made this piece of content for a variety of phone and electronic stores, it's engagement did especially well for this business.
I was one of the few Main Street Hub team members who created content for Kosher customers. This is one piece of content I made for any of the businesses that served Challah bread.
Jimbo's Bar & Grill is a very popular dive bar in Glendale, AZ. The followers of this business loved funny content, so I always tried to use that to my advantage. See below for one of my more successful posts.
While a part of the Main Street Hub team, I created content for quite a few Thai restaurants. I always tried to utilize simple and clean text with bright, colorful food.
One of my favorite businesses to write for was Juan In a Million. An Austin, TX staple, this restaurant is known for both their delicious breakfast food and welcoming family. Since I am an Austin local, I was able to gather very high quality photo content to pair with fun captions like this.
One strategy I love is creating graphics that feature quotes from famous people in history or pop culture. Here's one I made for all of the restaurants I wrote for at MSH.
I've actually used the strategy below in a variety of ways. I would take a photo of food a restaurant specializes in, then pretend the word is actually an ackronym for a phrase.
The sentence, "You can't be sad if you're holding a _______." was actually used for many of the businesses I wrote for. I would simply switch the background photo out with a different one one, then fill in the blank with what the photo was.
The phrase "Tastiest game of Jenga ever." was one that I utilized for a variety of restaurants as well. I would simply find a different photo of food stacked on top of each other, then switch them out The photo below was one I used for steakhouses and a butcher shop.
I also created content for a few ice rinks across the country, and this graphic below was what I made to celebrate the fact that couples often go ice skating together.
This is a piece of content I made for one of the veterinary hospitals I wrote for. In addition to veterinay hospitals, I also made content for doggy daycares, groomers, and pet supply stores.
Here's a twitter conversation I had as one of my escape room customers. I ended up getting a girl to book a room with her friends for her birthday.
This twitter user posted a photo of himself doing yoga while eating a taco. I was able to convince him to come down to this Caribbean restaurant and try their empanadas.
As the high-end restaurant and lounge, Industry 1332, I convinced a blogger to visit with three friends and write an extremely positive article about their experience.
Here's another twitter conversation where I got a blogger to visit a pub I wrote for.
This photo was taken at one of the local Austin businesses that features Kohana Coffee. Part of my content strategy was to travel to various accounts all over the Austin area, and photograph or film how our coffee products were being served.
I created this graphic by adding the Kohana Coffee logo to a stock image, then added a coffee related quote to tie it all together.
One strategy I kept in mind for twitter was to always take note of the most popular hashtags of the day. I would often make content like this on the fly to jump in on the engagement that the hashtag was getting.
Here's another example of when I utilized a popular hashtag. I found an old stock broker photo and photoshopped a bag of our coffee into it.
Since Kohana Coffee is born and raised in Austin, I would often take cans of cold brew with me to hot spots and live events around town and create content accordingly. Kohana Coffee's brand involved both an active and leisurely lifestyle, and we encouraged our fans to bring our cold brew cans to events like this in their daily lives.
Another content strategy I followed involved sharing recipes that utilized our coffee. When National Cheesecake Day came around, I found a coffee cheesecake recipe online and created content that would feature it and our cold brew concentrate.
