This is a piece I wrote on the condition of society within the ongoing evolution of the digital revolution. I discuss the change in relationship between consumer and business and how the power has begun shifting, evident in the way companies now ‘pull’ in the audience instead of traditional methods of ‘pushing’ their messages.
