Burnt Roti is a lifestyle magazine for the South Asian community. It was created in London, looking at the talent and beauty of South Asian culture and giving it a platform to be celebrated. In my first issue, we interviewed musicians, actors and artists from the West (USA, Canada, UK) and for this issue, was have a couple of American actors (Ravi Patel and Gerard Lobo) as well as an artist from India (Mukesh Singh).
The point of this magazine is to give all readers from around the world, the ability to appreciate South Asian talent, learn about their accomplishments and follow their careers.

In this issue, we are featuring Priyanka Bose. 
As Priyanka is well known for playing strong characters and having an amazing fashion sense, it would be interesting for readers around the world to hear more about her.
The interview will cover topics about feminism – being a female actress in India, breaking out of norms and taking the leap to do something different, as well as her contributions to production, modelling and theatre work. Any set backs or discrimination she faced and how she overcame this. Her work is very inspiring and I would like my readers to find out and learn more about this.
