We were commissioned to create the visual identity for Forge & Facet Jewellers: a high-end jewellery shop in Alberta, Canada. The shop's owner requested an aesthetic that bridged the gap between masculine and feminine, as well as between rustic and refined. Our inspiration was drawn by the shop's name itself, so we incorporated both the anvil associated with forging metal, and a faceted gem shape. Colour wise, we went with warm brushed gold juxtaposed against a velvety slate blue-grey.
