Chill Without a Pill.
Chillout. Relax. Calm down. Yes, these terms are telling you to let stress or anxiety go, but something about the task of simply unwinding is much more daunting than it seems. I’m a firm believer in mind over matter, and I believe that when the main source of stress in your life is nothing major, you should be able to relax naturally without the aid of any medication. Although there are cases where causes of stress are much more extreme than others, and some extra help is needed, the audience I’m speaking to can control simple stress from home with the tips that I’ll be offering. 
 
For my thesis for my BFA in Graphic Design I wanted to research something close to home.  It was a bit of an ironic project to research relaxing when I was doing anything but that! I compiled info on environment, body treatment (diet, sleeping habits, etc.), exercise, and natural remedies and their effects on stress levels. This info was arranged in a short book with vector illustrations. At the senior thesis show, I also passed out bookmarks with takeaways from the book and had some aromatherapy scrubs that viewers could sample!
