As part of the Academia de Vendas Vivo (Vivo Sales Academy) program, Vivo TreinApp is a training tool for the company´s sales force. It includes training courses, video lessons, news, notifications, and quizzes. Vivo is the largest telecommunications company in Brazil.
As the designer for the Commercial Learning & Development department, my role was to guide the team with user interface and user experience best practices during the first stages of the app development. It was also important to ensure that the brand guidelines and specifications were being followed.
For the first release and following updates, I created ads for the Facebook group, newsletter, intranet and other internal communication channels.
