Lisa McQueen Quartet
Jazz Appreciation Month, initiated by the Smithsonian Institute in 2003, aims to honor the original American art form by raising awareness of its great musicians and composers. In late April 2012, the Charlottesville Jazz Society and the Jefferson Madison Regional Library invited Chicago's Lisa McQueen Quartet to perform on the steps of the library.
