THIS IS A SHORT PRESENTATION
The main goal to design a new brand for Kimonos BR was to develop and think of a Mascot that would represent the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After a long research, I found out that the giant snake "Sucuri" was the perfect animal to represent as a mascot. Why you say? Well, the "Sucuri" snake is an terrestrial ground fighter. It's main goal is to strike the opponent fast and strangle it until death or break all the bones. In other words: submission. Submission is the main style of Jiu-Jitsu as well. Pretty neat? :)
This is my first sports logo with a mascot, so maybe it's not 100% good. Thanks for all references about the amazing logos of Soccer, Rugby, Basketball and other sports logo that I've found here at Behance.
