After my first week in Autodesk Maya 2016 I've tried hard to learn the basic modelling techniques
and hardest of all - the material setup.
Though I have to say that the Hypershade editor in Maya is fantastic!
I'm useually doing motiongraphics in After Effects, but I've always been facinating by 3D, so now I've desiced to learn it.
I've worked a bit in Cinema 4D but not been in to advanced texturing and shading.
This is rendered used Pixars Renderman.
I've used the Pixar gold material as base and tweaked it a bit.
The light is made by a light-rig also from Pixar and again tweaked a bit.
