So here it is: another really cool polygon creation. Many people have been doing these polygon animals because they are so entertaining, and I decided (credit goes to Koby on this one) that I would also make a Pokemon themed piece. So, I picked my favorite Pokemon, Furret. Furret is, if you don't already know or didn't guess it, is a Ferret. Not one of the strongest Pokemon in the game... but still a personal favorite for its design. The bands and the angle of the entire body were particularly fun to draw, because of how easily I could re-align the direction of the polygons to match the body's curvature. After completing the first Pokemon, I wanted to keep making more... and decided to go with Bulbasaur, one of the original three starter Pokemon of he game. Bulbasaur's colors (being many shades of teal and green) were very fun to convert into polygons, and had a pretty cool contrast with the furret. These are still a WIP, with the Togepi in the works as well as my third Pokemon that I just completed, which was a Ghastly (the purple dude). Enjoy!
