Rolls-Royce recognise that employee health is essential for a healthy business, and are putting their health and wellbeing strategy at the heart of a High Performance Culture. We worked with them to develop a look and feel for ‘Healthy High Performance’, developing this from the framework we initially developed for communicating their approach to Resilience. We developed messaging for five themes: movement, nutrition, sleep, rest, and mindset. We then applied these to supporting materials including infographics, banners, and information cards. This was initially rolled out at their annual Leadership Conference to support leaders in improving their own health and wellbeing, as well as understanding how to improve the health and wellbeing of their teams.
