HP was looking for ways to demystify their offering and get SMBs to try their mobile device management (MDM) software, HP Touchpoint Manager. We conducted a thorough discovery phase, (including stakeholder interviews, heuristic analysis, UI audit, competitive brand analysis, customer journey mapping and partner strategy) and put together a refined approach that helped to tell the story clearer and got prospects quickly onto the freemium service to experience it for themselves.

Mobile optimized designs ensure the story is readable and the site functions on screen sizes.
3 rounds of clickable, responsive wireframes enabled concepts to be prototyped and explored prior to creative executions.
Sample slides from the Insights Report surfaced many of the challenges with the previous site and overall customer journey. Critical problems were surfaced including a broken onboarding experience from the native app, high-level explanation of how the service works, mobile and multi-audience challenges as well as premature discounting and confusing pricing models.
