HP was looking for ways to demystify their offering and get SMBs to try their mobile device management (MDM) software, HP Touchpoint Manager. We conducted a thorough discovery phase, (including stakeholder interviews, heuristic analysis, UI audit, competitive brand analysis, customer journey mapping and partner strategy) and put together a refined approach that helped to tell the story clearer and got prospects quickly onto the freemium service to experience it for themselves.
